4D Imaging has developed a 3D Scanner based on structured light technology. The system is particularly usefull for special applications, where other off the shelf scanning systems would greatly compromise a project.
The HoloScanner is highly portable, fits in a suitcase, is lightweight and very easy to use. Training takes about 2 hours on the system.
